The course requires a minimum of 10.25 hours of instruction time. Because it is self-paced, you can complete it over multiple sessions at your convenience. Most students finish within 1–2 weeks. OSHA 10-Hour training is designed for entry-level construction workers and covers basic hazard recognition and safety awareness. OSHA 30-Hour training is designed for supervisors, foremen, and workers with safety responsibilities, providing more in-depth coverage of OSHA standards, hazard identification, and safety management.
