It is delivered through eTraining, an online safety training provider.
Training covers the origins and purpose of OSHA and the OSH Act, OSHA’s compliance and enforcement procedures, workplace inspection processes (including how inspections are triggered), employee and employer rights and responsibilities under federal law, OSHA penalty structure and citation types, training requirements, and how workers can file a complaint with OSHA.
