 If you witness workplace violence, prioritize your personal safety first. Do not attempt to intervene physically in a dangerous situation. Remove yourself from the area if possible, call 911 if there is an immediate threat of physical harm, and report the incident to your supervisor or safety officer as soon as it is safe to do so. Document what you observed, including the date, time, location, and individuals involved.
