OSHA Focus Four: Struck-By Hazards

The four areas or “Focus Four” that OSHA recommends additional training for are; Fall Hazards, Caught-In or -Between, Struck-By, and Electrocution.

In 2021 the Center for Construction Research and Training found that of the approximately 10,700 fatal workplace injuries in the construction industry, over 65.5% resulted from a Focus Four injury, with falls being of the highest concern.

This training course will provide the learner with an overview of the “Struck-By Hazards” topic with the goal of educating construction workers on how to identify and protect themselves from falls on or around construction sites.

This fully narrated course is broken up into 2 separate modules, with a knowledge check quiz at the end of each unit. The quizzes will prepare you for the final, which you will take at the end of the course.

After passing the final with a score of 70% or better, you will be able to print a personalized certificate with your name, the course you passed, the date taken, certificate number, as well as our company information should anyone need to verify the authenticity of the certificate.
